The perfect space to work with your clients
Professional, beautiful treatment rooms to hire on an ad hoc basis.
Tillow Barn is surrounded by the peaceful fields and woodland of the Surrey Hills and our team includes therapists and practitioners of many different disciplines. If you’re looking for somewhere to work with clients that gives you flexible room hire in beautiful surroundings, please get in touch.
Tillow Barn Health & Wellbeing is a converted barn just outside Brockham village, with four treatment rooms available to hire for both hands-on and talking therapies.
All treatment rooms are on the ground floor with private parking immediately outside. The decor through all the rooms is light, airy and welcoming with fresh white paint, solid oak beams and wood-style flooring. There is fast-fibre broadband throughout the clinic, ideal for video sessions.
Managing room bookings is easy using the online calendar, so you can book slots immediately while you’re with your client.
How we’re protecting you and your clients during the Pandemic
The clinic has been set up to take account of all the guidelines around infection control. Furniture is laid out to enable social distancing and all practitioners are provided with wipes / sanitising spray to disinfect all touch points between clients. Hand sanitiser is provided in all rooms and at strategic points throughout the clinic.

With its own entrance and parking area, the Pebble Room is entirely separate from the main clinic giving it complete privacy. It’s a light and welcoming room with oak beams and is furnished with a three-seater sofa as well as an armchair, a reclining chair and a filtered drinking water dispenser. The full-width bi-fold doors face south, allowing light to flood in through the part-frosted windows, while the full-length heat reflecting blinds and built-in air conditioning keep the room cool on hot days.
This room has an electrically operated fixed therapy couch (without a raised section); a desk and work chair, client chair, wheeled stool, wheeled trolley, hand basin, changing screen and wood-style laminate flooring. There is a laptop for therapists to host video sessions, with superfast broadband (at no additional cost).
The Green Room is next door to The Gold Room, both of which are in the main barn building.
The Gold Room is furnished with an electrically operated treatment couch with a face hole and a raised section. It also has a desk, wheeled stool, wheeled trolley, client chair, magnifying lamp, hand basin and wood-style laminate flooring.
The Gold Room is next door to The Green Room in the main barn building.
The Oak Room is the largest room at Tillow Barn and is in the oldest of our barns, with a vaulted ceiling and beautiful original oak beams. It has been recently refurbished and because it’s the largest of our rooms we’ve been able to furnish it flexibly, so that it’s suitable for both hands-on and talking therapies. The Oak Room has built-in air conditioning, dimmable lighting and its own separate entrance and parking area for therapists and clients. This makes it ideal for therapists wanting to create a very quiet, peaceful space.
For Talking therapies:
A three-seater sofa, two armchairs, rug, coffee table and filtered water dispenser.
For Hands-on therapies:
An electrically operated treatment couch with face hole, raisable section and droppable foot section, wheeled stool, wheeled trolley, magnifying lamp, hand basin, filtered water dispenser and wood-style flooring.
