Flexible room hire
Choose the option that best suits how often you use the rooms. Full Membership offers our lowest booking rates and additional benefits, while Pay-as-You-Go gives you complete flexibility with no monthly fee.
Easy online booking
View live room availability and make, amend or cancel your own bookings at any time using our online booking system.
Complimentary session buffers
Every booking includes an additional 10 minutes before and after your booked time, giving you time to prepare the room and finish up without having to pay for the extra time. (Client appointments must not extend into the complimentary buffer periods.)
Simple, transparent pricing
Each booking is charged at the hourly rate for your chosen room, plus one per-session fee, regardless of how long the booking lasts
Full Membership
£15 per month + £8.50 per session plus the hourly rate for your chosen room
- Ideal for regular room users
- Cancellations up to 24hrs beforehand
- Access to a 20% discount for prepaid bookings
For more than two sessions per month, Full Membership will usually be the better-value option
Pay as You Go
No monthly fee + £16 per session plus the hourly rate for your chosen room
- Ideal for occasional room users
- No ongoing monthly commitment
- Cancellations up to 48hrs beforehand

Teal Room - £11 per hr
Pebble Room - £11.50 per hr
Green Room - £12 per hr
Oak Room - £13.50 per hr
Better value for longer bookings
The per-session fee is charged once per booking, regardless of how long you hire the room for. This means that longer bookings work out at a lower overall cost per hour.

Full Members: can cancel up to 24hrs before the booking

Prepay for a 20% discount
Full Members can save a further 20% on the total cost of their bookings, including both the hourly room rate and per-session fee, by paying in advance. This is ideal for therapists with an established regular client base.
Prepaid bookings are charged on the 1st of the preceding month. Prepaid bookings are non-refundable if cancelled.
Join Us
A one-off £15 registration fee is is payable and includes access to our online room booking system.
Please note that you'll need your payment card details, plus copies of your qualifications and insurance certificates to complete the registration process.
