Room Hire Fees
From January 2025
Talking Therapies
Ad hoc bookings:
1hr or less: £16.50
1+hrs - 7hrs: £13.50/hr
7+hrs: £11.50/hr
For the Oak Room
add £1 per hour
Prepaid rates:
Book and pay in advance for a 20% fee reduction
Payment is due on the 1st of the previous month
Core slots can be booked on a prepaid basis, with the flexibility to add ad hoc bookings as needed.
Hands-on Therapies
Fees include the use of couch roll.
Ad hoc bookings:
1hr or less: £17
1+hrs - 7hrs: £14/hr
7+hrs: £12/hr
For the Oak Room
add £1 per hour

Cancellation Policy
For ad hoc bookings:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48hrs beforehand (up to 2hrs per day).
Within 48hrs of a booking, there is just a 50% fee for cancellation.
For Advance (Prepaid) bookings:
Prepaid bookings can be cancelled right up to the payment due date (i.e. the 1st of the previous month). So you won't have to pay for holidays or any other scheduled time away.

To join, simply complete our sign-up form.
One-time registration fee - £35
Monthly subscription - £25 includes:
- A profile listing on the Tillow Barn website
- Complimentary room hire each month, up to £25
After the Joining Process:
Booking rooms
Once you have completed our sign-up form, you will be sent a payment link to settle your registration fee.
We will then set up an account for you on our booking platform, Skedda, so that you can start to make bookings whenever you are ready!
Paying your room hire fees
At the end of each month, the fees due for any ad hoc bookings you have made during the month will be charged to your payment card.
For Prepaid bookings, your fees will be charged on the 1st of the previous month.
