Room Hire Fees
- From only £9 per hour for regular bookings
- From £11 per hour for ad hoc bookings
Talking Therapies
Fees include free access to the room (therapist only) for 10mins either side of your booked session.
Ad hoc:
30mins: £13
1hr: £14. 50
1+hrs - 7hrs: £13 per hr
7+hrs: £11 per hr
Prepaid rate:
1hr: £11
2-7hrs: £10 per hr
7hrs or more: £9 per hr
The Oak Room - ad hoc and prepaid:
add £1 per hour to the above fees
Please note that gaps of less than 1hr between same therapist bookings will be charged
Hands-on Therapies
Fees include the use of couch roll. Free access to the room (therapist only) for 10mins either side of your booked session.
Ad hoc:
30mins: £13.50
1hr: £15
1+hrs - 7hrs: £13.50 per hr
7+hrs: £11.50 per hr
Prepaid rate:
1hr: £11.50
2-7hrs: £10.50 per hr

Flexible Room Hire
Tailor your room hire to work for you
To give you as much flexibility as possible, rooms can be hired on both an Ad Hoc and Prepaid basis:
Ad Hoc or Prepaid Bookings
Book on an ad hoc basis, or pay in advance for a reduced fee.
Mix and Match
Book some core slots on a prepaid basis, and add ad hoc bookings as you go.
FREE set-up and clear-out time
Unlike most clinics, we give you an additional 20 minutes of unpaid time to ensure a relaxed set-up and handover (10 minutes either side of your booked slot).
Tailor your bookings to fit your treatment times
Bookings can be made in increments of as little as 15mins, allowing you to specifically tailor your bookings and avoid paying for unused time.
Generous Cancellation Policy
Ad hoc bookings:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48hrs beforehand (up to 2hrs per day).
Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice are charged at just 50%.
Prepaid bookings:
Prepaid bookings can be cancelled right up to the payment due date (i.e. the 1st of the previous month), which means you won't have to pay for scheduled time away, such as holidays.

Regular room hirers who are fully qualified, licensed and insured as a therapist or clinician may choose to take a page on our website.
There is a one-off admin setup fee of £25 for this service, and a monthly fee of £15.
A website page will include a description/bio, your contact details, and a link to your own website (inbound links to your website will improve the Google search ranking of your own site).
Additionally, you will benefit from regular free advertising on Facebook and Instagram, set up and managed for you by us.

Our Location
Tillow Barn Health & Wellbeing is a converted barn set in peaceful, private surroundings just outside the picturesque village of Brockham in Surrey.
With ground floor treatment rooms and private parking immediately outside, it is easily accessible from the A25, which runs between Dorking and Reigate. Tillow Barn is also within within easy reach of Leatherhead, Horsham, Horley and Crawley.
