Jo Brooks

Qualifications
I’m Jo, an Integrative Psychotherapist, practising Midwife, and Specialist Bereavement Midwife with over twenty-five years’ experience in women’s health, pregnancy, and baby loss.
My background allows me to support adults through a wide range of emotional experiences, including anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, fertility issues, pregnancy, birth, loss, and early parenthood.
I work integratively, drawing on attachment theory and an understanding of how our early relationships shape our patterns, connections, and responses to life’s challenges.
Many clients come to me during periods of transition, such as when relationships change, becoming parents, returning to work, or navigating uncertainty. I offer a calm, steady therapeutic space where you can speak openly, explore what feels difficult, and begin to make sense of your experiences with compassion and curiosity.
I offer a free initial phone consultation, and therapy can be in person or online, at a pace that feels right for you.

I help people to release functional mind and body issues, such as traumatic memories, anxiety, stress, phobias, IBS, tremors, fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
By studying advanced psychological techniques and the subconscious, I discovered that we can use the brain's power of neuroplasticity to retrain deeply held thoughts, feelings and habits.
During our relaxing transformation sessions, we'll be introducing amazing therapies, such as solution focused clinical hypnotherapy, Havening, NLP, BWRT, tapping and Human Givens, to help you feel better.
Change can often happen within three to six sessions.
If you are ready to change, just contact me for a free introductory call or to book a treatment session at Tillow Barn near Dorking.

Joy Faith

07340 004793
I’m a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with over 30 years of experience in therapeutic work. My path began in Human Resources and evolved through massage therapy, cancer care, energy healing, and now hypnotherapy.
Whether you’re seeking support with anxiety, trauma, addiction, or simply ready for positive change, I offer a calm, client-led space for healing - online or in person at Tillow Barn, a peaceful retreat near Dorking and Reigate.
I am also a qualified Reiki Master and Practitioner, and have found that, in some cases, integrating Reiki with Hypnotherapy can be particularly effective in supporting certain client issues. Focus on moving forward - not dwelling on the past - so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
