Sharon Tomlin
Psychotherapist
& Counsellor
I am a qualified and licensed Psychodynamic therapist and work with clients to overcome issues in the here and now, as well as exploring the impact of childhood and past experiences on current behaviours.
I help my clients to understand why they are the way they are, as well as providing them with the tools and support to heal and move forward – working towards self-acceptance and the realisation of their unique and valued place in this world.
My experience and training allow me to tailor my approach to the needs of my clients as individuals, using a combination of intense psychodynamic therapy, as well as incorporating other modalities which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Counselling is a resource that has helped me through difficult times and continues to help countless others facing anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem, sexual intimacy and relationship issues - to name but a few. The counselling realtionship is a relationship like no other and is based on care and empathy – a support system that I am so pleased to be able to offer to my clients.
I offer appointments during the day as well as evening appointments on request. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation online as an opportunity to say hello and answer any questions you might have.

Qualifications
Hypnotherapist & Imaginologist
I'm an experienced therapist and coach. Over the last few years I've evolved to using Hypnotherapy as the mainstay for my clients. I work with clients with a wide variety of issues and concerns, such as weight management, anxiety and low self-esteem.
I am also a TNT (Total Neurological Tapping) therapist. This technique, combined with Hypnotherapy, can be useful for phobia removal as well as sport performance, performing arts and business performance improvements.
I've always believed there is a simple approach that most clients need, and it begins with a free 15-minute phone call. After that, in most cases only a few sessions are needed. Many clients have said that even the initial call started to make a real difference. That comes as no surprise really, since we all have the resources we need within ourselves and from time to time a little guidance and support is all that is needed to move things in a positive direction.
Steve Lobley

I am a Humanistic, Accredited Counsellor and Self Help Expert with over twenty years of experience and is passionate about supporting women through the menopause.
