I hold a BA(Hons) in special education and have therapeutic attributes that allow me to empathise with the challenges that are faced within SEND. I am here to open up a safe, confidential and ethical space where feelings of helplessness, anxiety and the unknown are explored together within a relaxed therapeutic environment. 

Through SEND therapy I aim to help you raise a better personal perception of the challenges that surround SEND. Taking the first steps is daunting and can be difficult, however doing so can help you embark on a journey to ease pain, struggle and loneliness by achieving a better sense of self, in order to lead a more fulfilled, comforted life. 

My approach with SEND therapy sessions is person centred, with a holistic outlook that shares compassion for the challenges of SEND.

Although not a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), I aim to adhere to their ethical framework. I have regular supervision and take continued professional development courses.
