All applications require a one-time £30 registration deposit, which has no expiry and is deducted from any future room hire fees
FULL membership
A simple £25 monthly room hire deposit not only keeps your hourly rates low, but it also includes a listing on our website to increase your visibility!
Best of all, this deposit is automatically deducted from your total room hire fees at the end of the month!
Room hire fees
Talking Therapies
Single hour: £17
2 - 7hrs: £15.50/hr
Prepaid rate: £12.40*
7+hrs: £13/hr
Prepaid rate: £10.40*
Hands-on Therapies
add £1 per hour
(fees include couch roll)
Oak Room
add £1.50 per hour to the above fees

Pay in advance for your bookings on the 1st of the previous month, and get a 20% discount. Minimum booking 2hrs.
Buffer periods
All bookings automatically include 10 mins before and after your session time to allow for easy setting up and clearing out.
Just a friendly reminder:
If you need more than 10 minutes for preparation or clean-up, please make sure to include that extra time when you book your session!

If you'd like a website listing you'll also need copies of your qualifications and insurance.

Prefer maximum freedom? Our Pay As You Go rate gives you complete flexibility - book only when you need it, with no commitment or monthly deposit required!
