Full Membership
With fees from just £9.20 per hour
- Lower hourly fees
- Tiered rates for longer sessions & discounted rates for prepaid bookings (see below).
- The monthly subscription fee (£25) is fully credited towards your room hire fee for the month.
- Website Listing included
(We can only offer a website listing to practitioners who are fully qualifed in their field and have current professional indemnity insurance in place.)
- Ideal for regular users - keep costs down, while increasing your visibility through the Tillow Barn website and social media.
Hire fees
Minimum hire - 1hr: £16.50 (prepaid rate: £13.20)
2 - 7hrs: £13.50 per hour (prepaid rate: £10.80)
7+hrs: £11.50 per hour (prepaid rate: £9.20)
For Hands-on Therapies - add 50p per hour
For the Oak Room - add £1 per hour
Cancellations
Free cancellation of up to 2hrs per day with 48 hours' notice.
Within 48hrs, cancellations are charged at just 50%.

If you are new to Tillow Barn, please complete the sign-up form linked below.
You'll need the following to complete the registration process:
- Your payment details - you'll need to send a registration deposit of £50, which will be deducted from your room hire. (Your monthly subscription payment won't start until your deposit is used up.)
- Copies of your qualifications and indemnity insurance for a website listing.
Pay As You Go Membership
- Perfect for those who prefer a 'no commitment' membership, with no monthly deposit subscription.
Hire fees
£20 per hour
Miniumum hire - 1hr
£18 per hour for bookings of 3hrs or more
For Hands-on Therapies - add 50p per hour
For the Oak Room - add £1.50 per hour
