Hello and welcome! I’m Linda, a qualified and insured Sports and Holistic Massage therapist, and the founder of Longevity Six - a Naturopathic Health Coaching service based in Surrey.

I provide professional therapeutic massage treatments, tailored to each client's specific needs and health goals. Treatments include sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, Swedish relaxing massage and rejuvenating facials.

In addition, I am a qualified Health Coach. I work with individuals to help them achieve the best health possible - teaching them how to adapt new evidence based health information to suit their lifestyle, and promoting dietary and lifestyle habits that are natural and permanent.
