Counselling

Catherine offers individual counselling to adults of all ages, providing a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space to work through difficult feelings, gain insights and help you move forward.


Catherine works in an empathic way and with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and past traumas. She can work on either a long or short term basis, tailored to your needs.


Catherine is available for appointments during the day and early evening and can be contacted by phone or email to arrange an initial assessment, or simply to discuss whether you feel counselling might be helpful for you.

BACP registration

Catherine is a registered member of the BACP and adheres to their professional code and ethical framework for good practise. She takes regular supervision, which adheres to the standards of the BACP.

Fees

  • Individual Therapy - weekly 50min sessions - £60

  • Couples Therapy - 70 min sessions - £100
